A little background…
London Pride needed to attract new younger ale drinkers without alienating its loyal older fan-base.
We approached James May, that jolly nice chap off the telly, who also lives within ‘smelling’ distance of the famous Chiswick brewery. He agreed to be their spokesman, and we developed a campaign that included TV, digital, print and in-pub executions.
The campaign was an instant hit, grabbing headlines and helping sales rise by 4% to £121 million in the first 6 months.
